Appointment & Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing Eso Y Mas! To provide the best experience for every client, please review our booking policy. Appointment Confirmation Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or have their service shortened. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service total. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notifying us will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. Future appointments may require prepayment. Deposits Any booking deposit is non-refundable but will be applied toward your service. Deposits may be transferred one time if the appointment is rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Lipo Cavitation Packages Package sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be considered a used session unless otherwise approved by management. Emergencies We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and exceptions may be made at our discretion.
